What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring a positive experience
- Anticipate customer needs while using multiple systems and web applications
- Build customer relationships by providing accurate information and solving inquiries in real-time
- Recognize when to escalate customer interactions for resolution
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and gather feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience in call centers, customer service, and/or dental insurance preferred
- Excellent typing skills and ability to learn various software and web applications quickly
- Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Office and internet browsers
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment or with dental insurance
- Familiarity with benefit and claim products
