      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate and build strong customer relationships with intermediate to complex customer accounts
      - Maintain advanced knowledge of customer operations, sales policies, and contract administration
      - Investigate and reconcile customer issues through internal partnerships
      - Perform account administration tasks, including bin maintenance and order release
      - Ensure overall customer expectations are met in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Bachelor's degree in business accounting/finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred
      - 3-5 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience required, preferably within the aerospace industry
      - Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations and embodying company values
      - Ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate effectively with others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aerospace industry
      - Additional certifications in customer service or sales
      - Familiarity with supply chain management principles
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
