      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers
      - Respond to routine inquiries and complaints in an accurate and timely manner
      - Mitigate complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
      - Document all member or provider information and communications for quality tracking
      - Adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations in a fast-paced contact center environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a High School diploma or GED
      - Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
      - Bilingual in Korean and English
      - Ability to multitask using multiple systems and programs simultaneously
      - Must be available to work between the hours of 11 AM - 9 PM EST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment is preferred
      - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work in a high-paced environment
