      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment at customer sites
      - Deliver timely and effective repairs while providing training to operators for optimal system performance
      - Manage financial performance within the assigned territory, focusing on revenue generation and expense control
      - Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and colleagues
      - Perform necessary administrative duties accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
      - 2+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments
      - Proficiency in using tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work independently and within a team
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record
      - Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks related to the job

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with capital medical equipment testing, repair, and maintenance
      - Strong customer service and communication skills
      - Familiarity with network applications and tools such as eVO, mButler, and MS Office
      - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software technology related to medical devices
