      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person
      - Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems
      - Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers
      - Set sales appointments for new customers and answer billing questions
      - Complete general clerical duties as assigned and work collaboratively with Service and Sales teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Excellent listening and communication skills
      - Pleasant phone voice with the ability to clearly speak and be understood
      - Strong multitasking skills to enter accurate data while engaging with customers
      - Ability to remain calm under pressure and assist team members as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or related fields
      - Familiarity with sales techniques and service upgrades
