What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process orders received through various platforms such as EDI, email, fax, and phone
- Manage customer inquiries and requests while leading issue resolution efforts
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of customer interactions and key indicators
- Write and maintain Standard Work Instructions for consistent best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent customer shortages and fulfill demands
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with established operating systems and company policies
- Ability to perform physical activities such as entering information on a computer and communicating with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a food processing organization
- Enrollment in LEAN, BEST 212, and other developmental opportunities after employment
- Military experience is valued and welcomed
