      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise during claim intake and processing
      - Collect and document claim details accurately based on customer information
      - Offer empathy and support to customers throughout the claims process
      - Identify and resolve customer issues while adhering to client-specific handling instructions
      - Utilize call scripting to ensure consistent and efficient handling of inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
      - Ability to read and interpret documents such as reports and write detailed descriptions
      - Proficient in basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm
      - Must be available for extended hours during peak periods or emergencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Previous experience in a customer service role within a call center environment
      - Familiarity with call scripting techniques
      - Experience in a remote work setting
      - Strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
