      - Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling claims and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
      - Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports
      - Proficiency in basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bi-lingual in Spanish
      - Prior experience in customer service within a call center environment
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
      - Familiarity with call scripting and customer service techniques
      - Experience handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality
