What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service in a call-center environment
- Manage phone contact and assist customers with registration, scheduling, and call routing
- Proactively solve problems to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with the clinic care team to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain effective communication and follow-up for customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
- At least 6 months of scheduling and/or registration experience preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 35+ WPM required
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and independent problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office products
