What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer phone calls to assist with placing orders from the catalog or online store
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and orders
- Develop knowledge of the products offered by the employer
- Build relationships and engage customers during phone interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Vermont resident; work must be performed in Vermont
- Minimum internet speed of 40mbps for remote work
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
- Ability to learn new computer applications and utilize a laptop, keyboard, and mouse
