What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support to customers
- Navigate various systems to resolve inquiries and assist users
- Guide users through the provider portal setup and usage
- Respond to emails and cases efficiently
- Contribute positively to team improvements and meet performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance
- Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) concepts
- Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing
