What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment while providing excellent customer service
- Assist clients with account access issues, including password resets and ID reactivation
- Log and update all customer interactions in the tracking system according to established procedures
- Research and resolve customer inquiries using available resources, including user guides and manuals
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support with complete documentation of troubleshooting steps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance
- Experience supporting I.T./Helpdesk call centers preferred
- Strong analytical abilities and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a call center or helpdesk environment
- Familiarity with call center procedures and tracking systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt in a fast-paced environment
