What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service support by answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries regarding billing and account information
- Apply routine changes to customer accounts, including fee waivers and adjustments
- Conduct account research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Navigate customer accounts using Cayenta software and input necessary data
- Assist customers in creating online accounts for service access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of high call volume call center experience (60-80 calls per day)
- Ability to comprehend and follow established customer service policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling customer inquiries
- Proficient keyboarding skills and ability to navigate computer software programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cayenta software or similar customer service platforms
- Demonstrated ability to achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a call center environment
- Background in customer service training programs, particularly related to billing and account management
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
