What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries efficiently
- Promote additional products during customer interactions
- Personalize the customer experience by assisting with questions and concerns
- Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor for guidance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to provide a distraction-free work environment at home
- Competence in navigating multiple systems and screens
- Effective communication skills with a variety of styles
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a virtual environment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and partner with IT when necessary
