What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathetic and effective support
- Listen to members' needs and offer tailored solutions to help them thrive financially
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document member interactions and activities for record-keeping
- Assist with onboarding and new account setup for members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 am - 8 pm
- People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls effectively

- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with digital finance or related industries
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience with documentation and record-keeping processes
