What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support initial implementation and rollout of solutions, acting as a liaison between the customer and subject-matter experts
- Provide knowledge and training to customers on how to optimize their use of solutions, including analysis of usage trends
- Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with Account Executives on customer needs and business processes
- Monitor customer health and drive user adoption while addressing reported issues
- Develop and deliver performance reports summarizing solution effectiveness and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B customer success, account management, or client-facing role with large enterprise clients, preferably in financial institutions
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with complex, multi-divisional customers
- Exceptional communication skills to foster positive business relationships
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%

- Ability to advocate for customers and foster a customer-centric team environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- PMP or other Project Management Certification
