What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle to drive adoption, maximize net retention, and secure renewals
- Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, developing tailored customer success plans
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution across the customer journey
- Track and maintain account health metrics, partnering with Account Executives for impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Utilize the "Voice of the Customer" to resolve complex issues and influence product roadmaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, or another client-facing sales role
- Knowledge of customer success best practices and processes
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
