      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular check-ins and communication
      - Provide training to customers on the RepairPal platform
      - Drive customer retention and new business growth by understanding program offerings
      - Handle escalations and proactively work to prevent cancellations
      - Consult and educate RepairPal Shops through high-volume inbound calls and emails

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
      - Strong technical proficiency with computers and information systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting
      - Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the automotive industry, either in a shop, dealership, or as a service/success professional
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
