      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the adoption of the vacation rental software among a diverse client base and provide personalized onboarding
      - Develop strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction
      - Serve as the primary contact for significant client issues, coordinating with internal teams for resolution
      - Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address new challenges
      - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client business growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager with mid-market customers in the SaaS industry
      - Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts (100-200 mid-market accounts) and deliver on engagement activities
      - Demonstrated track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance
      - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
      - Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
      - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage client expectations at scale
