What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, managing user permissions, data governance, and integrations
- Design and maintain health scores, playbooks, and automated outreach strategies
- Produce executive-ready client reports that synthesize qualitative insights into actionable narratives
- Architect Smartsheet workspaces for scalable project management and develop automated workflows
- Define operating standards for data quality and provide training for Customer Success Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Gainsight administration or similar customer success platforms
- Strong project management skills, particularly with Smartsheet or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce executive-level reports
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or related roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data integration and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Background in real estate services or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple teams
