      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage a centralized customer intelligence layer that integrates product usage, account context, and engagement signals
      - Define and iterate on health scoring and risk signals to provide actionable insights
      - Translate customer success strategy into scalable workflows, automation, and playbooks
      - Partner with technical teams to define system requirements, test solutions, and drive rollouts
      - Identify and resolve friction in existing customer success operations to enhance scale and consistency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Leadership in a marketing tech environment
      - Proven experience in building or evolving customer success operations in early-stage or fast-scaling environments
      - Strong systems thinking with hands-on experience in designing workflows and data-driven processes
      - Comfortable working with product usage data and cross-functional stakeholders
      - Highly collaborative with experience working across Product, Sales, and Customer Success Operations
