      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Host and support group and individual sessions focused on product usage and fundraising best practices
      - Provide structured post-onboarding support through established success programs
      - Guide customers through core features and workflows via email, Zoom, and phone
      - Respond to customer inquiries and proactively address any adoption challenges
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and gather feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Customer Success, or tech sales
      - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a scaled environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to explain concepts
      - Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning and teaching software tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 to 2 years of experience working with nonprofits, fundraising, or community-based organizations
      - Familiarity with nonprofit CRMs or online fundraising platforms
