      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide post-onboarding support to customers on various OEC platforms throughout the life of their contracts
      - Support dealers and repair facilities by enhancing product usage and educating staff on functionality
      - Establish desired outcomes and create goals to drive product adoption
      - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email
      - Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to the Direct Sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree from an accredited college or directly related job experience in building business relationships
      - At least one (1) year of experience in a Customer Success or Account Manager role
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks
      - Proven success in customer-facing roles and developing business relationships
      - Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the automotive industry and SaaS customer success roles
      - Familiarity with OEC's parts ordering systems
      - Ability to multi-task and pivot attention/resources as needed
      - Motivated critical thinkers who can work independently with minimal guidance
