What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Native speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, etc.)
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
