What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business needs and requirements
- Create and interpret functional and technical specifications and design documents
- Provide analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Present information in a manner that facilitates management's understanding of results and impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience developing in PL/SQL with Oracle and/or Toad performing moderately complex analyses
- 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and analyzing data for moderately complex reporting
- 3+ years of experience building reports and dashboards using BI technology, such as PowerBI
- 3+ years of experience with client relations/customer service
- Must adhere to the employer's Telecommuter Policy if working remotely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly familiarity with Medicaid & Medicare
- Project Management experience
- Experience in Talend, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
- Experience with Cloud technology, such as Snowflake, Databricks, ADF
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
