      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage data analytics projects to support the employer's Talent & Culture function
      - Develop project-based Power BI dashboards and reports, driving insights from data
      - Analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data to identify inconsistencies and make recommendations
      - Deliver management reports, analytics, and executive summaries aligned with corporate timelines
      - Lead improvement projects to enhance Talent & Culture processes and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Experience negotiating and communicating with C-Suite executives
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and SSRS
      - Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Alteryx

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management, including planning and coordinating successful project completion
      - Ability to present findings using data to drive business insights and outcomes
