What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and update support contract data in enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM
- Establish and maintain accurate relationships between customer assets and support contracts
- Perform periodic data audits to ensure alignment between contracts and service records
- Process contract renewals, amendments, and cancellations according to established procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in asset or contract data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, contract administration, or asset management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
- Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with support contract lifecycle processes, including renewals and expirations
- Experience in managing equipment or software asset records within enterprise asset management systems
- Basic understanding of subscription or service revenue recognition terminology
