We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Data Observability Program Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team.

      This role requires onsite work three (3) days per week in Indianapolis, IN.

      Data Observability Program Manager | About You

      As a Data Observability Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-workstream data programs with a strong focus on implementing and scaling enterprise data observability frameworks and platforms. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, aligning executive stakeholders, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise data reliability initiatives. This position requires ownership of full program lifecycles, governance structures, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes related to data quality, monitoring, lineage, and platform performance. You will serve as the connective link between data engineering, analytics, platform teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clarity, accountability, and consistent progress across all workstreams.

      Data Observability Program Manager | Day-to-Day

      • Lead end-to-end enterprise data observability programs, from strategy and roadmap development through implementation and adoption.
      • Establish program governance, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and executive-level communications.
      • Oversee implementation and integration of data observability solutions across data pipelines, lakehouse environments, and analytics platforms.
      • Drive cross-functional alignment across data engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
      • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
      • Facilitate executive and working-level forums to ensure clear decisions, accountability, and forward momentum.

      Data Observability Program Manager | Skills & Experience

      • 7+ years of experience in Program Management leading enterprise-scale data or technology initiatives.
      • Demonstrated experience implementing data observability programs (data quality monitoring, lineage, pipeline monitoring, anomaly detection, governance frameworks).
      • Experience leading cross-functional data engineering and analytics teams.
      • Strong familiarity with modern data ecosystems (cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, lakehouse environments).
      • Expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business impact.
      • Experience working in pharma, healthcare, or similarly regulated data environment is highly preferred.
