      One of our companies is currently looking for a Data Operations Analyst in the United States.

      As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining data flows that support key business functions. You will ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data pipelines by monitoring ingestion processes and troubleshooting data-related issues. This position involves close collaboration with multiple teams to optimize workflows and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong skills in SQL and Python, experience with healthcare data, and a keen attention to detail, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and business continuity.

      Accountabilities:
      • Support daily data ingestion processes to ensure seamless business operations and delivery of services
      • Monitor multiple data feeds, diagnose and resolve issues promptly
      • Conduct thorough data validation and quality checks across systems
      • Maintain and optimize internal data integration tools and workflows
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data tickets and improve processes
      • Prepare reports and dashboards to track data pipeline performance and health
      • Document data operations, including data flows and resolution procedures
      • Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

      Requirements
      • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
      • 2-3 years of experience working with data ingestion, integration, or quality processes
      • Proficiency with SQL and Python programming
      • Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses
      • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake
      • Experience working with ETL pipelines and healthcare data is highly desirable
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
      • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
