Job Description
- Req#: 15852
- 7 week training begins August 5th!
- Classes are Monday - Friday, 1:30pm-4:30pm or 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Students will not be paid during training
- Part-time positions will be offered upon completion of class, a successful audition, and passing a drug screening and background check
- Pass a final written test to establish they have acquired a working knowledge of Blackjack.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly identify Blackjack hands, cut chips and understand betting structures.
- Be able to pass a gaming audition.
- Represent Thunder Valley's AAA Four Diamond Service Standards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required.
- Dealer School candidates should not have any previous casino dealing experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

We're offering FREE Blackjack Dealer training! Classes are designed for individuals who have never worked in a casino or card room atmosphere.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. The position requires availability to work all days of the week, including weekends and all holidays. Shifts will be either swing or graveyard shift, there are no day time shifts available through the school. Thunder Valley Casino is a smoking environment, applicants must be able to work in a smoking environment.
