      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate annual cost standard review and budget modeling, ensuring accurate cost allocation and flex budget analysis
      - Perform monthly cost analysis and patient-level cost reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and recommending remedies
      - Collaborate with the Financial Planning team to develop budgetary needs and load budgets into relevant systems
      - Prepare and distribute financial reports and analyses for management and external agencies
      - Manage ad hoc data requests and ensure timely and accurate external data submissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university
      - Six (6) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
      - Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting data problems and developing solutions
      - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-finance personnel
      - Knowledge of cost accounting principles, payer reimbursement, budgeting, and hospital operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with operational benchmarking tools and data analysis
      - Familiarity with state regulatory requirements for data reporting
      - Previous involvement in cost reduction or process improvement projects
