      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain statistical and trend-based demand forecasts across multiple time horizons
      - Align inventory plans with forecasts to meet existing and future demand while avoiding excess stock
      - Own the integrity of demand-planning data and produce reports for stakeholders
      - Identify and automate manual data processes to improve forecasting efficiency
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide forecast inputs and align on purchasing decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, including 3+ years in demand planning, supply-chain analytics, or inventory management
      - Advanced spreadsheet skills, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and error checking
      - Working knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and databases like SQL
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - APICS/IBF certification is a plus
      - Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
      - Passion for motorsports and understanding of automotive performance markets
