      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full lifecycle of demand generation campaigns: plan, build, launch, measure, and optimize
      - Create and manage multi-channel marketing programs including email, webinars, and landing pages
      - Build, optimize, and manage high-volume workflows in HubSpot
      - Monitor and report weekly on funnel health metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates
      - Diagnose funnel drop-off points and implement actionable solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations at a B2B or SaaS company
      - Proven track record of owning demand generation programs end-to-end, including pipeline impact reporting
      - Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, short-sales-cycle environment
      - 2-3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including automation and reporting
      - Strong analytical mindset with accountability for key performance metrics
