Main Responsibilities
• Manages DTP tasks for assigned projects.
• Troubleshoots and supports desktop publishers and project managers.
• Responsible for project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.
• Drives DTP guidelines and DTP instructions.
• Oversees quality of work outsourced to desktop publishing teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and graphic tools.
• Knowledge of PDF OCR tools.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Quality Process driven.
• Proven Project Management abilities.
• Problem solving skills.
• Capability of coaching other team members.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail skills.Education / Experience
• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Technical positions may require a certificate.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 to 4+ years).About the company
