      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define site scope and project timeline for entitlements
      - Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and entitlements for sites efficiently
      - Manage contracts with consultants, assigning tasks and communicating deliverables
      - Provide consistent project updates to internal and external stakeholders
      - Monitor progress and adjust project plans as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in construction permitting, entitlements, zoning, or land use
      - Strong ability to read and analyze civil and building construction drawings
      - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
      - Independently motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Experience using multiple software applications including Oracle and Bluebeam

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Policy, or a related field
      - Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully
      - Initiative and bias for action with a focus on operational excellence
