What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and contribute to data quality queries and metrics for continuous improvement
- Create data profiles using SQL queries and metrics
- Maintain and update the CRM data dictionary with accurate definitions and guidance
- Consult and evaluate data needs across various audiences to inform system enhancements
- Respond to support tickets related to data queries and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Proficiency in writing moderately complex SQL queries for data analysis
- Experience with relational database management and reporting
- Ability to generate reports and interpret complex data
- Experience in writing user documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices
- Experience in a fundraising or non-profit environment
- Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal partners
