What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign goals, budgets, KPIs, and timelines
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to grow organic traffic
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools, delivering regular reports and insights
- Lead social media strategy, including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer collaborations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven success running multi-channel digital campaigns
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing best practices
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Basic HTML/CSS skills and certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint)
