What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar tools to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for campaign performance and ROI tracking using Looker Studio
- Coordinate SEO/SEM efforts, applying best practices and collaborating with external agencies
- Maintain and optimize the company website via WordPress, ensuring content updates and accessibility
- Support marketing automation and lead management through email campaigns and workflow execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing and web analytics
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and dashboard platforms (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Experience with marketing automation and campaign execution, preferably using HubSpot
- Familiarity with web publishing and managing CMS platforms, particularly WordPress
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking implementation
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Proven ability to improve marketing workflows or operational processes
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
