What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage engaging social media content and marketing copy for various channels
- Develop short-form video content and contribute to the DPAC blog
- Advocate for the arts through digital storytelling and assist in creating content strategies
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in achieving marketing goals and initiatives
- Submit event listings and design templates for marketing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current undergraduate student at the University of Notre Dame
- Experience in creating engaging social media content
- Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing and promoting performing arts topics
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and availability to work approximately 20 hours per week during summer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of design fundamentals such as branding and layout
- Experience with design tools like Adobe Express or Canva for creating social media templates
- Photography and/or video editing skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and social media scheduling platforms
- Prior experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
