What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute go-to-market digital programs, including search, paid social media, display, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy and Development to optimize lead-generation campaigns
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and Google Ads to increase traffic and generate qualified leads
- Monitor ad spends and track performance on digital KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness
- Conduct competitive analysis and research new opportunities while applying best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles
- Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Expertise in SEO and SEM/paid search campaigns
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other tools for website and search-engine analysis
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Google Ads certification
- Experience with marketing automation tools and building marketing funnels
- Familiarity with a variety of content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
