What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and evaluate sales activities and pricing policies of Account Managers within the region
- Execute the region’s sales strategy and manage selling activities to achieve sales objectives
- Ensure effective progression of medical professionals through the training process
- Maximize account volume and customer satisfaction by supporting the sales team
- Manage performance and development of team personnel through effective coaching
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of three years of healthcare sales team management experience
- Three or more years of direct medical device sales and support management experience
- Broad knowledge of the medical device industry and sales management
- Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills with exceptional organization abilities

- Experience guiding customers through the learning curve of novel products/procedures
- Proven ability to lead and function effectively in a high-performance team environment
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Capability to use IT automation and applications effectively
