What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute end-to-end market research engagements, from problem framing to executive delivery
- Identify high-value research offerings and build services that align with client needs
- Design and oversee advanced quantitative research while applying qualitative methods as needed
- Present findings to senior client audiences and serve as a trusted research advisor
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to elevate overall research quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Advanced degree in a field related to market research or business
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in market research, customer insights, or analytics
- Deep expertise in quantitative research methods, particularly conjoint, segmentation, and pricing
- Strong client-facing communication skills and executive presence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a management consulting or research-driven consulting environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, Sawtooth, SPSS/R/Python, Tableau, and AI-enabled insight platforms
- Experience supporting proposal development and client scoping discussions
