      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the expansion of the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice through a comprehensive commercial strategy
      - Oversee pursuit efforts on identified opportunities, including strategy development, negotiations, and closing deals
      - Manage conference and event participation, including logistics and post-event lead nurturing
      - Collaborate with internal teams on account management and practice campaigns
      - Position the employer as a leader in the CPM space and grow its brand within the OneStream sales ecosystem

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years in professional services with a successful delivery role and experience in business development
      - 5+ years of experience in Corporate Performance Management or Enterprise Performance Management
      - 5+ years of experience in sales or business development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working with OneStream
      - Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
      - Proven track record of influencing decision-makers at high organizational levels
      - Established alliance relationships and a qualified book of business
      - Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative environment
