What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the expansion of the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice
- Manage pursuit efforts on identified opportunities, including scoping, negotiations, and closing deals
- Coordinate conference and event management activities
- Collaborate with internal teams on account management and practice campaigns
- Position the employer as a leader in the CPM space and grow their brand within the OneStream sales ecosystem
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in professional services with experience in business development and sales
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Performance Management or Enterprise Performance Management
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working with OneStream
- Proven track record of gaining access and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels
- Established alliance relationships
- Ability to work as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
