What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers to drive revenue strategies and exceed KPIs
- Conduct pipeline reviews to ensure meticulous management, forecasting, and CRM optimization
- Develop and guide partner activities to foster relationships and grow net new revenue in the LATAM region
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment with sales goals
- Manage Area sales budget requests for events and trade shows, and oversee HR-related issues within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience specifically within the Latin America region
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a people management role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education experience
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth
- Fluency in Spanish and English, along with deep cultural awareness of the region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specific industry experience in SaaS and cybersecurity
- Experience collaborating with partner businesses and leading Channel sales teams
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Salesforce and other relevant software
- Strong foundation in value-based selling methodologies
