What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Managers to enhance performance and productivity
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share
- Monitor and evaluate regional performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiencies for senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive finance industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 75%
