What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute global, cross-functional evidence generation plans to support various medical and commercial needs
- Design and conduct observational studies to evaluate disease impact and product effectiveness
- Manage and execute comparative studies leveraging real-world databases and clinical trial data
- Communicate complex scientific findings effectively to senior leadership and through peer-reviewed publications
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and high standards of research quality in Outcomes Research studies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (Master's required; PhD or MD preferred) in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in evidence generation and Outcomes Research methodologies
- Depth of experience in conducting observational studies and patient-reported outcomes assessments
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and market access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience managing large datasets and conducting complex data analyses
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives
- Record of high-quality publications in real-world evidence and Outcomes Research
- Technical expertise in study protocol development and statistical analysis
