      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute the region’s sales strategy and manage selling activities to achieve sales objectives
      - Ensure effective training and support for medical professionals to maximize customer satisfaction
      - Provide feedback from customers and the sales team to improve training programs
      - Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the sales team
      - Collaborate with leadership to coordinate new product offerings and special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.A. or B.S. degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
      - Minimum of three years of healthcare sales team management experience
      - Experience in direct medical device sales and support management
      - Strong knowledge of the medical device industry and sales management
      - Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities

      - Experience guiding customers through complex product training and procedures
      - Familiarity with IT automation and mobile applications
      - Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
