What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand engine component repair and maintenance services in the U.S.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with airlines, leasing companies, OEMs, and defense organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with service-level agreements
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on business development activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace CRO/MRO business development, particularly in engine services
- Strong understanding of aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes
- Established network of contacts within the aviation industry
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with digital and predictive maintenance technologies in the aerospace sector
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Knowledge of FAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements related to engine CRO/MRO
