      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new hires in alignment with corporate expectations
      - Develop and revise training content and curriculum in collaboration with various stakeholders
      - Provide coaching and feedback to new hires using the GROW model
      - Align Training and Development objectives with overall commercial goals and sales execution plans
      - Participate in pre-commercial activities and serve as a representative in regional meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of top-tier performance sales experience in ophthalmology and/or optometry
      - Proven track record in field and/or classroom training and implementation of adult learning principles
      - Proficiency with technology aids, including PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS navigation
      - Ability to demonstrate the employer's values and behaviors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales training within the medical device industry or a related field
      - Strong relationship-building skills and excellent presentation capabilities
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to provide specific coaching feedback and work independently as well as part of a team
      - Experience developing proprietary selling models
