What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the full roadside assistance experience, providing timely follow-ups and empathetic support.
- Dispatch requests to contractors with all necessary details for efficient service.
- Prioritize calls based on safety, urgency, weather, and traffic conditions.
- Communicate clearly with members about solutions, safety tips, and any additional charges.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to capture accurate details.
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, or live chat.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new tools.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with roadside assistance services or insurance products.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical decision-making approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
