      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and resolve disputes across various bank associations including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Branded Card
      - Process incoming calls and communicate effectively with customers and banks through verbal and written correspondence
      - Assist in mitigating losses through rebills, recovered merchandise, and identifying cardholder trends while recommending workflow improvements
      - Maintain thorough knowledge of MasterCard/Visa rules and regulations to analyze complex chargeback reasons for accurate processing
      - Provide recommendations for streamlining workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce liability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required, preferably with a focus on college-level business classes
      - Strongly preferred: Customer Service CliC training and 1 year of banking or merchant experience handling credit card disputes
      - Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role within the banking or retail industry
      - Familiarity with chargeback processes and dispute resolutions
      - Additional training or certifications related to customer service or banking
